The Bank of the Republic of Colombia's Document Management Department (Departamento de Gestión Documental) is centered on the efficient, secure, and systematic administration of the institution's corporate information and documents throughout their entire lifecycle.
This is primarily achieved through the implementation of the Document Management Program (PGD - Programa de Gestión Documental).
The Job
Design the brand identity for "iConecta programme" which aim to unify the different electronic and physical systems used by the institution for documentation. This brand design was a critical part of a broad communications strategy.
Results
A complete new brand for the programme and the communications strategy inspired in the iconic "paper clip" to link the past and the future. The applications of this brand were from printing to web assets.
