A new visual identity with a strong character, using symbols (represented by the three Cs) that convey transparency, competitiveness, responsibility, integration, development, innovation, support, and a promising future, in line with the image of the entity.
The colors red and black, characteristic of the city's flag (Cúcuta), were retained. The Helvetica Neue LT Std font family was used, which is a sans serif, rounded font with a large x-height and no flourishes.
