Identify where we already have information from applicants that we may be able to use differently

Target Audience

All persons who wants or teach in Queensland, Australia.

Research

We conducted online research checking other regulatory authorities in Australia. As well as input received from business teams inside the Queensland College Teachers to improve.

Findings

90% of regulatory authorities' portals and applications forms lack of an appropriate UI.

65% of the users does not understand well the process of application for teaching registration.
